Ted Caviglia serves as Vice President & General Manager of the Block Division, bringing more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience and a proven track record of operational leadership. He began his career working on ready-mix trucks before transitioning into block operations, where he quickly worked his way up from a laborer to a Plant Manager.

Over the years, Ted has built a well-rounded career across the industry serving as a technician specializing in block plant equipment and holding key roles with multiple producers. In these roles he has helped build, commission, and operate block, ready-mix, and precast facilities.

Ted is also a firm believer in giving back, demonstrated through his service as a board member for FICAP and his involvement in FCMEC’s check-off program. Known for his strong work ethic, technical expertise, and steady, hands-on leadership style, he is widely respected throughout the industry.

In a full-circle moment, Ted now leads the very facility where he first began his career, bringing decades of experience back to where it all started.
