Greg Kaczka

Vice President of Accounting & Financial Reporting

Greg Kaczka joined Maschmeyer Concrete in 2025 to serve as the VP of Accounting & Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Maschmeyer, he started his career in Stanley Black & Decker’s Leadership Program after graduating cum laude from the University of Miami with a BBA in Finance. With SBD, he worked in various roles ranging from controllership, FP&A, business intelligence, operations finance, and commercial finance amongst SBD’s various tool and security divisions. He earned an MBA with the University of Florida in 2020 during his time working there.

After SBD, he joined Carrier Global as an Associate Director of FP&A under the CFO for its $4B Cold Chain Transportation division. He brings M&A, forecasting, financial analysis, strategic finance, and process improvement experience to the Maschmeyer team. During his time at the University of Miami, he competed for the varsity cross country and track & field teams, serving as team captain for two years.
