Bryan Fulcher brings more than 25 years of ready-mix concrete industry experience to his role as Vice President of Technical Sales & Services at Maschmeyer Concrete. With a foundation in engineering technology from the University of Central Florida and a Construction Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University, Bryan has built a career defined by deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and a commitment to advancing concrete industry standards.

Bryan began his career with Rinker Materials, where he held progressive leadership roles including Regional Technical Manager, Area Manager for Kennedy Concrete East Coast Division, Rinker Materials East Coast Area Manager, Materials Manager overseeing building materials, purchasing, and retail operations in the North half of Florida, Theme Park and Decorative Concrete Sales, He subsequently joined CEMEX, serving as FDOT Concrete Account Manager for the North half of Florida and Area Manager over sales and operations in the Tallahassee region.

Bryan joined Maschmeyer Concrete where he has held roles of increasing responsibility including Sales Manager, General Manager, and Director of Business Development before assuming his current position as Vice President of Technical Sales & Services, where he leads the company’s technical sales team and supports customers with mix design, specification, and concrete performance solutions across Florida.

An active voice in the industry, Bryan serves as a Board Member of the AGC Florida East Coast Chapter, Vice Chair of the Research, Education & Standards Committee for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA), and Treasurer of the ICRI Central Florida Chapter of the International Concrete Repair Institute.
