Leadership Team

At Maschmeyer Concrete, we are proud of our people. Led by a highly skilled leadership team boasting a combined total of more than 350 years of experience,
our employees enjoy an environment that encourages continuous improvement.

One of our critical resources in recruiting high-caliber talent is the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program at Middle Tennessee State University. 
This four-year Bachelor of Science degree program is offered by the Engineering Technology & Industrial Studies Department in the College of Basic and Applied Sciences.

This industry-specific program began in 1995, and we were one of the first concrete companies to recruit from the program.
We currently have five graduates of the program on our leadership team.

In addition, we have assembled a team of external consultants in the fields of marketing, operations management,
information technology, applied technology, and construction law.Many of these expert consultants sit on our board.
