John Lanham

John Lanham grew up in Nashville where he learned the value of hard work at an early age. By his teenage years, he was spending the summers working for his father, a general contractor, on various construction projects throughout the Southeast.

While earning his B.S. in concrete industry management from Middle Tennessee State University, graduating cum laude, John worked for Professional Service Industries as a construction materials testing technician.

After graduating, he joined Maschmeyer Concrete’s Management Development Program. When Maschmeyer expanded into central Florida, John moved to Orlando to lead the customer service and logistics team. A few years later, he was promoted to operations manager. In 2018, John earned an MBA from the Crummer School of Business at Rollins College and was soon promoted to vice president / general manager of our Tampa Bay region.

In addition to his work at Maschmeyer, John has served on the board of directors for the Masonry Association of Florida since 2021 and is regularly involved in the NRMCA’s Workforce Development and SEO committees.
