Ashley Dawson

Vice President, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Ashley Dawson joined Maschmeyer in 2005 after graduating from Purdue University, beginning her career in the company’s Management Training Program. Over the next two decades, she held senior leadership roles across operations, quality control, customer service, and building materials before moving to the finance side of the business. There, she advanced from business analyst to director of Business Intelligence and now serves as vice president of Business Intelligence & Analytics, where she leads the company’s data strategy and decision-support functions.

Beyond Maschmeyer, Ashley is an active voice in the broader ready-mixed concrete and construction technology industry. She serves on the customer advisory boards of Command Alkon and Sysdyne Technologies, is vice chair of the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association’s (NRMCA) Business Advancement Committee, and is a member of the NRMCA’s IT Task Group.
