Matt Schubert

A Jacksonville native, Matt Schubert accompanied his father to concrete plants on the weekends from an early age. He graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. In Mass Communications.

As a second-generation ready-mix manager with nine years of industry experience, Matt joined Maschmeyer in 2024 as vice president/general manager of our Tampa Bay region. He is actively involved in the Florida Concrete & Products Association’s Regional efforts, and he served as its Region 2 Chair in Jacksonville where he received both the Region of the Year and Regional Chair of the Year awards in 2022.
