Chief Financial Officer

Randy Hough joined Maschmeyer Concrete in 1991 as a certified public accountant and now serves as our chief financial officer. He is a founding member of Maschmeyer Concrete’s Advisory Board and is an instructor for the National Ready Mix Concrete Association’s Certified Concrete Sales Professional continuing education program.

Transitioning to the ready-mix concrete industry in 2002, Jim assumed the role of general manager for Rockville Fuel & Feed Company. Prior to his tenure at Maschmeyer Concrete beginning in 2018, Jim served as president of VCNA’s North American Ready-Mix Division, overseeing over 6 million yards of concrete and gunite.

Before becoming the executive vice president of our Ready Mix Division, Jim was vice president/general manager for our Southeast region, and executive vice president of the Ready-Mix Division. He actively promotes the ready-mix concrete industry, serving as president of the ACI/NCC and on the boards of MRMCA, FC&PA, and NRMCA.
